Position Title: HR Administrator

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Remote / On-site (Flexible)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient internal processes. This role provides administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR system updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.

  • Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

  • Assist with onboarding processes such as preparing employment contracts, collecting required documents, and ensuring smooth orientation.

  • Prepare HR-related reports (attendance, leave balance, employee data).

  • Handle general HR inquiries from employees and escalate when necessary.

  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing necessary employee data.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR compliance with internal policies.

  • Support HR events and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Good communication skills and professionalism when dealing with employees and candidates.

  • Ability to work with HR systems or basic HRMS tools.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration or recruitment support is a plus.

  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms.
